Who we are

Thorncliff is a brand of SPONE Computer Systems Software Design FZCO, IFZA licence no. 92120, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions go to hello@thorncliff.ai.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, company, email address and message, through the form or by email. This site has no analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking.

Why we use it

To reply to you and, if we work together, to do that work. We do not sell your data. We do not send you marketing unless you ask for it.

Who sees it

Client data. The data our agents handle for clients is hosted in UAE cloud regions.

Website enquiries. Messages you send through the form on this site are passed to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service, and stored by our email provider. Both may store them outside the UAE. They are used only to reply to you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as UAE law requires.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it or delete it;
• use it less, or stop using it;
• stop contacting you.
